To support the fifth focus area on rapidly testing and piloting new concepts, we recently opened a dedicated Innovation Lab to collaborate on and share our innovation journey with customers, distributors, brokers and employees.

Creating innovative ideas, products and solutions is not restricted to the Innovation Lab. Employees may also share their ideas with their managers through Zurich’s Make the Difference program. In addition, the Idea Center platform encourages employees to submit ideas to improve the customer experience, offer innovative products and services, and implement more efficient processes by simplifying the way we operate.
