Welcome to the first issue of Program Leader Magazine, our new biannual journal designed exclusively for program administrators and managing general agents. This publication includes a mix of informative features, highlights and regular columns covering a wide range of program insurance-related topics, as well as news and updates from Zurich.

We strive to represent a variety of perspectives, from customer to industry specialist, program manager and carrier.
